Late Collection
If you are late in collecting your dog then you may be charged as additional £5 per every 15 minutes you are late.
Non Collection
If your dog is not collected on the agreed collection date and we have been unable to contact you or your emergency contact, Doggy Stylz Grooming Studio reserve the right to re-home your pet and legal action will be taken to reimburse boarding fees and re-homing costs.
