Cancellation/Missed Appointments

I ask that in the event you are running late or you are unable to attend your appointment, then please let me know in advance so that we can make alternative arrangements.

If you need to cancel or re-arrange you appointment then please give us AT LEAST 24HRS NOTICE, as we may have customers waiting for cancellation appointments.

Appointments cancelled at short notice (less then 24hrs) will incur a £10 Cancellation Fee!

If you miss your appointment without giving advance notice, you will be charged a £10 fee for that missed appointment. Any further appointments will have to be paid for in advance.

COVID19 – If you are unable to attend your appointment due to having to self isolate please let me know asap.  If you test positive for COVID19 or you are contacted by Track and Trace within 24hrs of your appointment, then please provide your text confirming this and I will waive the £10 cancellation fee.
